PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject elastomer composition, excellent in flame retardant property, heat resistance and anti-hydrolysis property, and also having a small volatilizing property on heating by containing a specific polyester elastomer composition, and a compound having triazine group and a specific mean particle diameter. SOLUTION: This flame retardant polyester elastomer composition contains 100 pts.wt. polyester elastomer composed of 100 pts.wt. polyester type block copolymer consisting of a crystalline aromatic polyester segment (e.g.: polyethylene terephthalate) with a polylactone segment (e.g.; polycaprolactone), 0.1-10 pt.wt. compound having 2 or more functions capable of reacting with the terminal group of the above copolymer and having a specific weight reduction rate by heating (e.g.; bis-phenol-F-diglycidyl ether) and 0.1-5 pt.wt. high polymeric stabilizer having a piperidine skeleton in part thereof and a diazaspirodecane derivative as a repeating unit, and 0.5-50 pt.wt. compound having 2-100μm mean particle diameter and containing triazine group (e.g.; melamine cyanulate).
