PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the landscape of a golf-course from being damaged by storing plural spherical members formed by a felt impregnated with a solvent, the color of which is caused to fade away by water in a cover member to form a point marker. SOLUTION: A ball 2 is formed by a felt impregnated with a solvent, the color of which is caused to fade away by water. Plural balls are arranged in a line and stored in a shaft cylinder 3 to form a point marker 1. A clip 4 is integrally fitted to the shaft cylinder 3, and a cap 5 is provided thereon. The shaft cylinder 3 is shaped in such a manner as to have the same appearance as writing means such as a ball-point pen or the like. It is inserted in a breast pocket by the clip 4 to be used. A projection 3b is formed on the tip of the shaft cylinder 3 and engaged with a recessed part 5a of the cap 5 to fix the cap 5. The ball 2 is taken out and placed at a position where an aim for hitting a golf ball is set up. Even if the ball is left as it is in the placed position, the color fades away with the passage of time to be unobtrusive so that the landscape will not be damaged. |
