PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing seal device for a water pump improving reliability without markedly increasing a cost of manufacture. SOLUTION: A flinger 120 is placed in a condition of no contact relating to a third lip part 115c further with a large cylinder 120f extended along the third lip part 115c, by the large cylinder 120f, so as to shield the third lip part 115c from the outside. In this way, even when steam of cooling water and a water drop are sprayed in a bearing seal device 100, the large cylinder 120f of the flinger 120 prevents steam of cooling water and a water drop from being directly sprayed on the third lip part 115c, in this way, infiltration of cooling water into the inside of a bearing can be prevented. |
