A rotating pressurized water jet is supplied through a pipe (1) connected to a valve (10). Inside this pipe is another sliding pipe (2) on which is screwed a rotating washing head (4). This internal pipe has a shoulder at its base with a joint which raises the rotating head under the pressure of the water inside the barrel over a height of about 35 cm.
