PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan system capable of adjusting a current production plan to a production plan allowed to be executed and capable of maximizing a profit even when the current production plan is changed by an internal or external factor, parts are lacking and the production can not be executed. SOLUTION: The production plan system 100 is constituted so as to have both of a lacking parts dissolving device 111 and an excess parts dissolving device 112. The device 111 dissolves the lack of parts by partially deleting the production plan or additionally purchasing parts. The device 112 clears the whole states of excess parts and adopts a procedure for dissolving the excess of parts by adding a production plan for products utilizing the excess parts. Consequently a production plan not to be executed due to the lack of parts can be turned to a production plan allowed to be executed and a production plan capable of minimizing excess parts storing cost and maximizing a profit can be generated by adding a production plan for products capable of effectively using excess parts. |
