PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an energy saving effect by fixing one end of a second packing at a location where the temperature of receiving parts themselves rapidly changes toward the inside of a room from receiving surfaces of the receiving parts heated or at a location farther within the inside of the room. SOLUTION: In a refrigerator 1, door packings 22, 38, 33 and 42 are made to adhere to receiving parts 11-16 forming receiving surfaces of the door packings provided on the doors 21, 31, 32 and 41 for the prevention of leakage of chilled air outside. Each one of second packings 23, 36, 37 and 38 is fixed at locations L where the temperature of the receiving parts themselves rapidly changes toward the inside of a chamber from receiving surfaces of the receiving parts 11-15 or at locations L farther within the room. Other ends of the second packings 23, 36, 37 and 43 are brought into contact with parts of the internal surfaces of the doors 21, 31, 32 and 41 or brought into contact with the parts of the internal surfaces of the doors 21, 31, 32 and 41 while being done with each one end of the containers 34 and 35 to keep chilled air within the room from hitting the heated receiving parts 11-16. |
