<p>The invention relates to a device (1) for the semi-continuous measuring of the crystallisation and melting temperatures of a liquid product to be characterised. The inventive device comprises a duct (B) through which the product passes, means of cooling the aforementioned product which is in contact with the wall of the duct (B), means of heating said product and means of controlling (5) the passage from product heating to product cooling. The invention is characterised in that it is inserted in a pipe assembly and in that it comprises: a sensor (10) which is used to measure changes in the outlet temperature (Ts) from the above-mentioned first duct; and a unit which is used to acquire/exploit (3) the measurements from the sensor (10) in order to determine the characteristic crystallisation (Tc) and melting (TF) temperatures of the product, said acquisition/exploitation unit (3) activating the control means (5) in order to force the crystallisation and the melting of the product in an alternate manner.</p> |
