PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information managing method and device enabling a user to record optional information, put an index on the optional timing position of the information and easily reproduce the information. SOLUTION: In the managing device, an index returning-back means 17 returns back the optional timing of multimedia information to be recorded or recorded multimedia information which is specified by a user through an index instructing means 18 for prescribed time, a bar code information preparing means 11 converts an index on the returned-back position into a bar code and a bar code printing means 15 prints out the bar code on paper. The bar code is read out by a bar code reading means 16 and a position corresponding to the bar code of the multimedia information is reproduced by a multimedia sound recording/image recording/reproducing means 14. |
