PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for transacting nonpublicly held stocks by using an interconnection network (Internet). SOLUTION: A securities server computer 20 is connected to a computer network 10 and an investor member personal computers(PCs) 30 and registered enterprise PSs 40 are allowed to be connected to the computer 20. A membership home page is formed in the computer 20 and each member investor can read the enterprise information and financial information of registered enterprises and inspection information inspected by a third person. Each member investor can transmit an open inquiry to each registered enterprise through an electronic mail and read an answer to the inquiry on the home page. |
