PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the long time stability of a laser output, by escaping the thermal deformation of a bench in which a condenser and a resonator or the like are arranged. SOLUTION: This is a laser oscillator provided with a bench 1, a condenser 2 equipped with an excitation lamp 8 and a laser medium 6 arranged on the bench 1, a reflecting mirror 9 arranged in the condenser and filled with cooling water which covers the excitation lamp and the laser medium 6, a pair of pipings 4 and 4 for cooling water being a pair of tubular members arranged at the bottom face side of the condenser whose one edge sides are connected with the reflecting mirror and whose other edge sides are connected in the bench, and a pair of hoses 3 and 3 for cooling water passing through the bench which are connected with other edge side of the pair of pipings for cooling water. The condenser 2, the piping 4 for cooling water, and the hoses 3 for cooling water are covered with an adiabatic member so that the heat of each part can be interrupted from the bench. |
