PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the side surfaces of the point member of a bonding tool superior to a wear resistance and to prevent a crack and a peeling from being generated in a polycrystalline diamond film by a method wherein the bonding tool has the point part formed by forming the diamond film, which is precipitated by a CVD method, on a CBN sintered body substrate. SOLUTION: A point part, which is formed by forming a polycrystalline diamond film 12 precipitated by a CVD method on a CBN sintered body substrate 11, of a bonding tool is brazed to a shank 14 with a brazing material 13. A bonding material for a CBN sintered body constituting the substrate 11 is an aluminum boride, an aluminum nitride, an aluminium oxide, a titanium carbide, a tatanium nitride, a titanium nitrocarbide, a hafnium carbide, a tantalum nitride or a tungsten carbide. Thereby, the producibility of the substrate is modified and the substrate can be easily mass-produced and in addition to the above facts, the efficiency of a bonding work can be raised. Moreover, the adhesion of the film 12 to the substrate is enhanced.
|
