PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically report the fact of passage or the result of passage to a previously set specific report destination when a user passes through an entrance/exit gate with an entrance/exit ticket using an IC card, to reduce a time required for communication, and to report accurate information. SOLUTION: An entrance/exit gate is provided with an IC card reading device 104 and a computer 105. When the data of an IC card as an entrance/exit ticket are read by the reading device 104 at the time of entrance/exit, the information of a gate passage time or a passage position or the like is transmitted through a network line 112 such as a telephone line to report designations 110, 111, and 114 previously registered in the IC card 102. |
