PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint simple in pipe connection and execution works, excellent in retaining properties, and provided with a collet. SOLUTION: This invention is concerned with a pipe joint composed of a pipe joint main body 1 provided at least for its one end part while being provided with a socket 11 in the circumferential surface of which a rubber packing 12 is mounted, and of a collet 1 at one end part side to be inserted into the socket 11, where a plurality of arms 24 having a plurality of notches 23 along the axial direction, are formed while head parts 21 are provided for the tip ends of the respective arms 24, and a brim part 22 is provided at the other end part side to be disposed at the outside of the socket 11, a step surface 112 for a insertion pipe stopper is provided for the inner circumferential surface at the deepmost side of the socket 11, and an elastic body 13 is thereby mounted to the aforesaid step surface. |
