PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation chip which can be used for debugging a program incorporated in a microcomputer provided with a storage area where data are electrically re-writable. SOLUTION: One of an ROM mode signal group 61 or a flash memory signal group 62 is selected in a memory mode selector 16 which is provided inside the evaluation chip 10. Moreover, one of an output signal group 63 or an evaluation mode signal group 64 which is selected by the memory selector 16 is selected in an evaluation mode selector 30 which is provided outside of the evaluation chip 10. Thus, an alternative RAM 40 is changed-over into one of an ROM mode, a flash memory mode or an evaluation mode at a prescribed timing. |
