PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a remote controller and to reduce cost by setting the machine kind of an air conditioner corresponding to the remote controller by the combination of a reset switch and a machine-kind setting switch. SOLUTION: The set values and prescribed flows of the plural machine kinds of the air conditioner are stored in a microcomputer 20 provided in the remote controller 10, and an operation is performed by plural operation switches. In the case of setting the machine kind, after resetting the microcomputer 20 by pressing a reset SW4, by pressing a prescribed switch, a standard machine kind is set. When the other switch is depressed, the result of adding/subtracting '1' to/from the standard setting is outputted to the microcomputer 20, and the plural kinds of setting are made possible. The decided setting is established by pressing the prescribed switch, and an established result is displayed at a display part. In this case, by adding the number of the switches for the respective kinds of setting or increasing the number of times of switch depressions, the number of machine-kind setting is added. Thus, the need for a voltage- dividing resistor for setting the machine kind through voltage is becomes unnecessary. |
