SOLUTION: In a rotational connecting device for a steering wheel attaching portion, in which a case 2 fixed onto a body side and a rotor 3 fixed to a steering wheel side are combined in such a manner as to be freely rotated relative to each other and an electric wiring on the body side is connected to an electric wiring on the steering wheel side via a cable 6 contained inside the case 2, perforations 14 for detecting a steering quantity of the steering wheel are formed at the outer edge of the rotor 3.
