PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable mobile communication corresponding to time, place and case by inputting/outputting signals between a cartridge attachably and detachably formed on the slot of a mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: A transmission/reception antenna 22 for transmitting/receiving signals with a PHS base station and a slot 26 for attaching/detaching a telephone transmission/reception unit 24 are formed on the upper face of a body 1. The telephone transmission/reception unit 24 and a PHS terminal 10 deal with digital communication, its component to be used for multipurposes at a lot of mobile communication terminals is provided on the side of the telephone transmission/reception unit 24, and the component such as the transmission/ reception antenna 22 or a reception antenna 42 having different specifications at respective mobile communication terminals is provided on the side of the PHS terminal 10. When it is desired to perform mobile communication while using the PHS terminal, by loading the telephone transmission/reception unit on the cartridge of the PHS terminal, mobile communication is enabled.
