PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information and service by imparting leadership to a user, permitting access from a service server based on required and minimum personal information disclosure and providing detailed personal information to the service server allowing access, depending on the judgement by the user. SOLUTION: A connection management device 12 receives access permission information at the start of connection to an open network by a user device 10 and registers the information to a database and replies access permission information corresponding to a retrieval request from an information service device 14 by referencing the database. The information service device 14 acquires prescribed personal information as specific personal information by a transmission request based on access permission information acquired by the retrieval request to the connection management device 12 and transmits it to the user device 10, when service information in matching with the specific personal information is obtained. |
