PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any crosstalk from being generated between pins in a small-sized communication connector having numerous pins. SOLUTION: A pin holder 1 is molded by injection-molding flake powder 2, which is made of soft magnetic metal such as a permalloy, has a particle diameter of 0.01-10 μm and an aspect ratio (a ratio of a long or short diameter to a length) of 2 or more and is dispersed in a matrix sheet made of a synthetic resin. The flake powder 2 made of soft magnetic metal is present at 30% by volume or more of the sheet. Its specific resistivity is set to 10<11> Ω.cm or more so as to secure an insulating property. A pin 4 is held by the holder 1. |
