FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves double-staged grinding of food product in milling drums: coarse milling at leading portion of charging part of milling drums and fine milling at leading portion of discharge part of milling drums; providing milling by means of milling bodies of various shape: cubic, roller-shaped, spherical, elliptical, tetrahedral, rhombic etc. Size of milling body reduced to spherical shape is 6-20 mm. Milling time is 0.5-3.0 min. Milling drums are arranged in horizontal position. EFFECT: increased efficiency by double-staged milling process. 1 tbl |
