PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food capable of being restored to an omelet-containing fried rice-like food having a half-done egg-like palatability even by reheating after storage, especially after frozen storage. SOLUTION: This omelet-containing fried rice-like food or its frozen product is prepared using a dough having at least double layers, being obtained by laminating a half-done egg 2 as an inner layer on a board-shaped baked egg 1 as an outer layer. The outer layer and the inner layer are adhered to each other as they are by the property of an egg. However, a liaison layer can be used for increasing oneness. Any material having adhesiveness like starch can be the liaison. However, foaming albumen 3 is most preferable since it is free from a sense of incongruity. |
