SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a derivative of diphenyl of the formula (I): <EMI ID=0.138 HE=42 WI=36 TI=CHI> or its pharmacologically acceptable salt where R - hydrogen, halogen atom, hydroxyl, amino-, lower alkyl, halogenated lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-, halogenated lower alkoxy-, lower alkoxyalkyl, lower alkoxyalkoxy-, aryl-, aralkyl, heteroaryl, heteroarylalkyl, halogenated heteroarylalkyl, cyano-(lower)-alkyl, hydroxy-(lower)-alkyl, amino-(lower)-alkyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, arylhydroxycarbonyl, cyano-, formyl, lower alkylsulfinyl, lower alkylsulfonyl, lower alkylaminosulfonyl, arylaminosulfonyl, lower alkylsulfonylamino-, halogenated lower alkylsulfonylamino- or arylsulfonylamino-group; R and R can be similar or distinct each of other and each means - hydrogen, halogen atom, lower alkyl, halogenated lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-, halogenated lower alkoxy- or cyano-group; R - hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, hydroxy-(lower)-alkyl, hydroxyaminomethyl, formyl group; R - hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, halogenated lower alkyl, hydroxy- -(lower)-alkyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, heteroarylalkyl, aralkyl group. Synthesized compounds show antagonism with respect to 2-dopamine receptors and/or 2-serotonine receptors and can be used in clinics for treatment of patients or improvement of disease course (for decrease of symptoms intensity) with psychic disorders, for example, brain vessel function disorders, aggressive behavior as a result of senile feeble-mindedness, poriomania, delirium, hallucination, hyperkinesis, schizophrenia, emotional disorder, depression, neurosis, psychophysiological disorder and fear neurosis. Invention proposes also derivative of phenylpiperazine as an intermediate compound for synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) and a method of treatment using compounds of the formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
