FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves isolation of oil from flax seeds, its cooling, ageing and separation of phases. Seeds, before oil isolation, are cooled from minus 10 to plus 12 C. Then, oil is aged for 2-15 days and prepacked in hermetically sealed containers. Oil isolation , ageing and prepacking are conducted in inert gas medium.
