<p>In an isothermal-liquid circulating apparatus for circulating and supplying an isothermal refrigerant liquid to a load, sensors are provided in each portion of the apparatus for continuously monitoring various parameters. The apparatus includes an alarm means for determining a site of the apparatus that requires maintenance and a time at which maintenance will be required in order to provide an alarm before said apparatus becomes defective or malfunctions, based on the value of the monitored parameters output from the sensors. <IMAGE></p> |
