PURPOSE:To simply set a fish-hook and a fishing gut and quickly weld by sending out compressed air to a cylinder by a generator in response to a foot- switch such that a tip of a horn of a welding stage enters a recess of a cradle and supplying electric power to an oscillator in response to a limit switch. CONSTITUTION:When a foot-switch 21 is stepped, a control circuit of a generator 2 operates a solenoid valve and connects an air hose 31 from a compressor 3 to an air hose 18b communicating with a cylinder 18. As a result, a cylinder shaft 18a moves downward, a slide stage 14 goes down, and a tip of a horn 16 abuts against a folded overlapping part of a fishing gut inserted into a recess of a cradle 13. Then, the bottom face of the slide stage 14 pushes a limit switch 19, so that the generator 2 supplies electric power to an oscillator 15 within a predetermined time so as to weld. The oscillator 2 switches the solenoid valve so as to connect the air hoses 31 and 18c, so that the cylinder shaft 18a and the slide stage 14 move upward. |
