FIELD: locks for railroad cars, containers, trucks, warehouses, and so on. SUBSTANCE: device has housing hole for rope which passive piece is mounted inside housing. In addition device has spring-loaded fixing member for interaction with rope. Housing is equipped with additional step hole on side of input hole in order to store blank of lead lock with two through channels. Passive rope piece is passed through first channel, while second channel is coaxial to hole in housing and contains working piece of rope in mounted state. In addition recess which is made in seizure region contains corrugated block for interaction with rope. Fixing member is designed as rotation body, for example, ball. Through channels in article of lead seal may be designed as symmetrical recesses which width is greater than diameter of rope. Additional recess is made in housing at angle with respect to rope. Said recess carries second spring-loaded fixing member. EFFECT: increased reliability, simplified manufacturing. 5 cl, 4 dwg
