FIELD: construction and manufacture of building materials, in particular, control of processes of cement production. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of slime; supply and roasting in cylinder roaster; cooling of produced clinker in cooler with introduction to clinker of addition and subsequent grinding in cement mill of discrete-continuous action, with introduction of addition from drier; determination of value of addition in finished product; measurement and variation of controlled and controlling parameters to attain their optimal values. Controlled parameter is used in the form of energy of treated material which is measured at all stages of technological process, and controlling parameters are used in the form of additional flow of clinker introduced into cement mill and additions, for instance, slag, which is divided into two flows before drier. if one of flows enters cooler, energy of supplied slime is changed to attain its optimal value. Relationship of clinker and addition in mixture flow from cooler to cement mill is directly proportional to energy of clinker and addition and it increases or decreases, quantity of addition is increased or decreased to cooler.
