The invention relates to a foldable scooter (1) having a hinge pin (4) around which a handlebar (2) can be folded in relation to a footboard (3). Both the footboard (3) and handlebar (2) consist of several separate parts (8, 9; 12, 13, 14) so that the length of the footboard (3) and the handlebar (2) can be reduced. This is possible because hinges (10, 15, 16) are situated between the parts (8, 9; 12, 13, 14) so that said parts (8, 9; 12, 13, 14) can be pivoted in relation to each other, but also because said parts (8, 9; 12, 13, 14) can be slid into each other telescopically. These measures reduce the dimensions of the folded scooter to such an extent that it can easily be transported in other means of transport such as tramcars or in the boot of a motor vehicle. |
