PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform detachment from a stricture part through an endoscope and to easily perform exchange when clogging or the like is generated. SOLUTION: This stent is provided with a mesh tube 11 formed in a tube shape by knitting thin wires composed of an elastic material so as to reduce a diameter at the time of adding external force in an axial direction and stretching it and to return to an original diameter at the time of removing the external force, a tip cap 12 attached to the tip of the mesh tube 11 so as to bind the tip of the mesh tube 11 by the diameter narrower than the original diameter for which a hole 13 for communicating the outside and the inside of the mesh tube 11 is formed in the axial direction and a tail-like member 14 attached to the rear end of the mesh tube 11 so as to bind the rear end of the mesh tube 11 by the diameter narrower than the original diameter and extended and arranged from the rear end of the mesh tube 11 to a rear part. |
