PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production costs of lamintaed bodies having an opening. SOLUTION: A laminated body is formed by making a first mold 10 having a first molding surface 11 and a second mold 20 having a second molding surface 12 approach each other, the first molding surface and the second molding surface confronting each other, and spreading a synthetic resin material in a fused state supplied as a base material through a resin supply passageway 15 formed in the first mold between a sheet material 31A intended to be a skin between and the first molding sheet A protruding portion 22 protruded the second molding surface so as to be an opening of the laminated body is fitted into a fitting hole 12 formed in the first molding surface 10 via the sheet material 31A without creating any gap therebetween before the two molds completely approach each other. The supply of the synthetic resin material in a fused state through the resin supply passageway 15 between the sheet material 31A and the first molding surface 10 is completed before the both molds are completely closed such that the synthetic resin so supplied does not reach the fitting portion of the fitting hole 12 and the sheet material 31A before they start to fit in each other.
