发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREVENTING PENETRATION OF FOREIGN SUBSTANCE INTO ROLLER GAP
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a force necessary for displacement of a pressure roller to an allowable degree, by a method wherein a spring force to be surmounted is held unvaried after a prescribed distance of the displacement is traveled. SOLUTION: Piston rods 31 and 32 are withdrawn, a safety device is made to operate, and a pressure roller 4 is shifted to a position where it has a space (a) to the surface of a plate cylinder 1. At this position, the opposite end parts of a shaft 5 of the pressure roller 4 come into contact with rising slants 33 and 34 provided in control contours 16 and 17. When a foreign substance penetrates between the pressure roller 4 and the plate cylinder 1, for instance, and the pressure roller 4 is displaced, the end parts 13 and 14 slide and the pressure roller 4 is made to move in the axial direction. This movement in the axial direction is conducted within the extent of the rising slants 33 and 34 and against the force of a return spring 26. After the end parts 13 and 14 travel this relatively small changeover distance, they proceed into a sphere 20 of the control contours 13 and 14 which extends straight. In this way, the pressure roller 4 becomes movable easily in the sphere 20 extending straight, and thus the space of the plate cylinder 1 becomes extensible easily.
