摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool control system which can perform machining efficiently in a short time by preparing nesting schedule by taking situations of lines on automatic warehouse side and on machine tool side into considerations. SOLUTION: In this nesting method of a machine tool control system, a controller 32 which transmits the information which controls a machining machine 27, an automatic warehouse 13, and a CNC device 25 reads the information on actual raw material (size, shape, material) on a pallet of the automatic warehouse 13 before transmitting a machining program related to nesting, judges whether this information on the raw material coincides with a raw material on which nesting is done or not, performs newly nesting of a product of machining schedule on the raw material of the information on the raw material when they do not coincide, and takes out the machining program related to the nesting to transmit it to the CNC device 25 and the machining machine 27.</p>
