<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for removing suspended dust/gas contained in discharged smoke by which charged suspended dust and gas contained in the discharged smoke such as dioxine, various types of heavy metal, sulfur oxide or nitrogen oxide is removed to contribute to the preventive measure for environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This method for removing suspended dust/gas contained in discharged smoke comprises a primary treatment step for causing the passage of the charged suspended dust or gas such as dioxine, various types of heavy metal, sulfur oxides or nitrogen oxides contained in the smoke discharged from the smokestack of a waste incinerater, a thermal power station, a steel mill or any other plants through a pretreatment tower 3 filled with an electron and a densely misty oxidation-reduction water 17 to electrically capture and remove the suspended dust or the gas, and a secondary treatment step for electrically capturing and removing the residual dioxine, heavy metals, charged suspended particles or gas left in a primary treatment mixed gas, using the particle of water or the oxidation-reduction water 17 in a process in which a gas undergoing the primary treatment step ascends in the form of bubbles through the water or the oxidation-reduction water 17.</p> |
