SOLUTION: An electrolytic cell 2 for electrolyzing water to generate ozone is provided outside an ozonized water storage tank 1, a circulating pipeline 3 is furnished to connect the anode side of the cell 2 and the tank 1. A water feed pipe 4, a pipe 5 for delivering ozonized water to the point of use from the tank 1 and a monitor 6 for monitoring the ozonized water concn. in the tank 1 are provided to the ozonized water tank 1, and further a cooler 21 is furnished to a pipeline 18 in the circulating pipeline 3, for supplying water to the anode side of the cell 2 from the tank 1. |
