PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifouling thermoplastic compsn. which. when integrally molded. can form a hydrophilic/hydrophobic microphase separation structure by compounding a thermoplastic polyester resin with an epoxy resin, a cure accelerator therefor, and an epoxy-group-contg. resin incompatible with both the thermoplastic polyester resin and the epoxy resin. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester resin (A) with 0.1-10 pts.wt. epoxy resin (B) having an average epoxy equivalent of 80-1,000, a cure accelerator (C) therefor in an amt. of 0.1-10 wt.% thereof, and 0.01-10 pts.wt. resin (D) having epoxy groups and incompatible with both ingredients A and B. Examples of ingredient D are an epoxy-modified fluororesin, an epoxy-modified silicone resin, and an epoxy-modified propylene resin. |
