PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damages on a film to be carried by providing a nip role in a suction box at an entrance leading to a carrying duct, and forming the shape of the effective section of the dust to be rectangular where the film width direction is in the longitudinal side. SOLUTION: A film is separated into a collection film 14 and a product film 13 at the position of a guide roll 8, which are separately carried. When a nip roll is opened, a drive roll 1 and a free roll 2 are opened at the prescribed interval (approximately 5-30 mm). The drive roll 1 is a nip roll mechanism capable of being operated at the condition where the speed is increased from the same value of the traveling speed of the product film 13 by approximately 0.4%. In addition, a carrying passage part in a duct 4 is rectangular in section, and the shorter side of the rectangular section is approximately 10-40 mm, and the longer side is not less than the width of the film. An ejector 5 to be functioned by an elector blower 12 is connected to the duct 4, and the collected film 14 is delivered to the next process. The thickness and the width of the film are 0.5-20μm, and 30-300 mm, respectively.
