PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form a composite film composed of a material without biodamaging properties in a short time and obtain a uniform plating layer without unevenness by coating the surface of ceramics with a sol gel solution containing a titanium alkoxide and a water-soluble zinc compound, heat-treating the resultant coating film, forming a composite film, dipping the formed composite film in a PdCl2 solution and carrying out the electroless plating. SOLUTION: The surface of ceramics which are preferably calcium phosphate- based ceramics is coated with a sol gel solution prepared from a solution of a β-diketone (e.g. pentanedione) of preferably a titanium alkoxide and an aqueous solution of a water-soluble zinc compound (e.g. zinc acetate) and the resultant coating film is then heat-treated to form a composite film of titanium oxide and zinc oxide at preferably (6:1) to (1:6) molar ratio of Ti to Zn. The formed composite film is subsequently dipped in a PdCl2 solution to carry out the electroless plating. |
