PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for separating and recovering a nucleated cell, capable of recovering the nucleated cell from a nucleated cell-containing solution by a simple procedure in a short time in a high yield and a device used therefor. SOLUTION: This method for separating and recovering comprises the step of passing a nucleated cell-containing solution through a nucleated cell separating and recovering device having a cell catching material obtained by supporting a fibrous structure body having a network structure with >=0.01 μm and <1.0 μm average fiber diameter formed on a porous element having >=10 μm and <100 μm average pore diameter and a process for recovering the nucleated cell introduced to the device. Peripheral blood, lymphocyte, marrow liquid, etc., are used as the nucleated cell-containing solution to recover the nucleated cell such as mononucleosis, CD34 positive cell, etc., from which erythrocyte, blood platelet, etc., are removed. |
