<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching tool capable of easily attaching a portable case which is attached only to the flat belt of a bag, etc., at the time of no belt, and capable of easily attaching/detaching the portable case and a mascot doll, etc., and making them freely rotatable. SOLUTION: Stopper receiving grooves 3 are provided in belt holders 1 and a stopper bar 4 provided with stopper pins 5 is inserted so as to be attached to various parts other than the belt without falling-off by inserting the stopper bar 4. Besides, a rotation preventing gnarl 17 is provided in an engaging ball 13 and inserted to a catcher 15, thereby easily attaching/detaching the portable case and making it freely rotatable.</p> |
