PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject peel-off type pack which shows no sticky touch on the surface when used and is not torn to pieces on exfoliation and produces no unexfoliated remainder by allowing a multilayer type moisture permeable support to retain a cosmetic consisting of a water repellent layer and a hydrophilic layer. SOLUTION: The objective pack with an anti-hydraulic pressure of 0.1 g/cm<2> or more from a hydrophilic layer side is obtained by allowing a multilayer type moisture permeable support prepared by particularly laminating or cladding nonwoven fibers and moisture permeable films to retain a hydrophilic layer (particularly consisting of rayon or cotton) at least holding a cosmetic preferably consisting of a moisturizing cosmetic, a cosmetic for sebum absorption or a keratin-removing cosmetic (containing a polymer having a salt-forming group selected from carboxylic group, sulfonic group and sulfate group, particularly poly (methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride) and a water prepellent layer (particularly consisting of polyethylenes, polypropylenes or polyesters) constructing one side of the surface in the sheet-like pack.
