摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-low core loss grain-oriented silicon steel sheet which is excellent in the film adhesivity and capable of reducing the core loss value even when the tension-applied coating is executed to a magnetically smoothed surface. SOLUTION: The surface of the matrix is magnetically smoothed and an adhesive film is formed on the surface of the matrix. The adhesive film is a multilayered film having the coefficient of thermal expansion in which the coefficient is inclinatorily reduced in the thickness direction toward the outermost surface of the film, and its mean coefficient of thermal expansion is below 7&times;10<-6> K<-1> , and the coefficient of thermal expansion of a part in contact with the matrix is >=8&times;10<-6> K<-1> . The smoothed surface is preferably the smoothed surface having a Ra: <=0.3 &mu;m, or the graining-like surface having the grain boundary step of Rmax: >=0.1 &mu;m. The adhesive film is preferably the film formed by the multi-layer coating baking.
