PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the rate of operation of a production line and efficiently manage raw material by providing a control means for operating the production amount and inventory of articles produced in a production line and scheduling a production planning of the respective kinds of articles without dead time in the operating time of the production line. SOLUTION: In a control part D, the production time of the obtained articles and the burning time for each kind of articles to be produced are accumulated by an operating part S to obtain the total service hour of the line. As a result, in the cases where the service hour is less than 24 hours, the control part D makes a schedule for conducting the production of buffer articles during the time when the production line L1 is free. Further the control part D makes a schedule for the production lines L2 and L3 by the similar processing. The control part D conducts the production in the determined order of articles and during the determined time according to the above production planning. |
