PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably operate in response to an introducing order by outputting data of organizing and welding longitudinal and lateral reinforcing bars of a reinforcing bar structure in a mesh manufacturing step by a computer managing means, and outputting operation control data to an automatic working robot for operating in response to the order to a mesh processing step. SOLUTION: The production system for a PC plate comprises a production line for sequentially producing PC plates in a plurality of steps, and a managing means 12 in a computer for operating the line. The line has first and second lines 13, 14 for manufacturing a reinforcing bar structure, concrete manufacturing line 15 for producing the plate by embedding the structure, an unloading step 16 for unloading the plate by a truck, and a stocking step 17 for stocking the plates. The means 12 in the computer has a CAD system 18 for designing the plate for each floor according to basic designing specification of a building and a computer system 19 for obtaining CAM data according to basic designing specification and CAD information. Thus, a production efficiency is enhanced, stockyard is eliminated, and execution in a jig site can be smoothly and rapidly conducted. |
