摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for making taste of alcoholic beverage such as Japanese rice wine or cocktail mild and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: Alcoholic beverage is stirred by 20-100 kc ultrasonic wave vibration. Thereby, an alcohol molecule association substance in alcoholic beverage is separated into respective alcoholic molecule and respective alcohol molecule is controlled to a state surrounded by water molecule. When the alcoholic beverage, e.g. Japanese rice wine is drunk after warming, the above treatment is carried out after Japanese rice wine is heated or while heating the rice wine. The device used therefor is composed of an ultrasonic wave generator 1, an alcoholic beverage vessel 4 made of a metal provided on ultrasonic wave vibration part 3 stand of the ultrasonic wave generator 1 and a heating means 5 installed in the neighborhood of the alcoholic beverage vessel 4.
