<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diesel particulate filter device equipped with a clogging detector which reduces the extent of fuel consumption to carry out a filter regeneration properly according to a depositional quantity by detecting an amount of generation of particulates in conformity to an engine driving state in a highly accurate manner. SOLUTION: A controller 10 permeasures each clogging state of two filters 18 and 20 due to particulates by each detection signal from sensors 14, 15, 16 and 23 detecting an engine having state to be varied according to the elapse and an amount of generation of these particulates per unit time determined by measurement in advance is integrated, and thus this clogging state is judged by what a collective quantity of particulates integrated is reached to the specified value.</p> |
