PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the thinning of a heat conductive tube and to improve the lightening in weight and the heat exchanging capacity by making the heat conductive tube with a stainless steel thin sheet, arranging the surface treating layer of nitride, etc., on the surface and an aluminum alloy brazing layer and brazing aluminum-made fins. SOLUTION: The heat conductive tube 1 is made of the stainless steel sheet excellent in the strength and the corrosion resistance, and after forming the surface treating layer 4, the aluminum alloy brazed layer 5 is coated. The surface treated layer 4 prevents the formation of brittle intermetallic compound caused by the combination of the aluminum in the brazing material 5 and the stainless steel to secure the brazed strength and it is desirable to form a nitride- treating layer. The combination into the heat exchanger is executed with the well-known heating method in a furnace, but from the view point of a durability, even the thickness of the heat conductive tube 1 is made to e.g. about 80μm, the sufficient durability (corrosion resistance) can be secured.
