Folding bag for carrying frozen goods

The folding bag (10) has a flat top (12) and a flat bottom (14) connected by folding expandable side walls (16). The side walls have an internal (20) and an external flexible and expandable walls (22). An internal wire spring (60) pushes the top and the bottom of the bag apart when released. The spring also stiffens the side walls when it is extended. The top of the bag has attachments for a carrier strap (62) which can be adjusted between a folded position and a fully extended position. The end of the strap extends to the bottom of the bag, and is used to counteract the force of the spring to keep the bag folded.
