DIGITAL CIRCUIT

A digital circuit which transmits information by using binary signals specified as first and second values or multilevel signals exceeding the binary values. The digital circuit is provided with a waveform processing section (8) which sets first and second provisional values specifying first and second provisional ranges which are assumed to be binary values or three or more kinds of provisional values specifying three or more kinds of provisional ranges assumed to be multilevel values and performs waveform processing for removing higher harmonic components from waveforms in each provisional range and for maintaining the steep state of a waveform change in a period in which the section (8) shifts from one provisional range to another.
