Class 64(2) Heating or cooling pipes 3 on a wall 1, Figs. 3, 4, or in a wall 1, Fig. 5, are associated with vertical. metal sheets 4 placed. side-by-side to form a strip extending along the walls less than halfway down them and touching the ceiling: In Fig. 3, the horizontal pipe 3 is enclosed in an inward bulge of the sheet 4 closed by a strip 12, which presses the pipe in the bulge. In Fig. 2, which shows three aligned sheets 4 with fillets 7 covering their joints, the pipe is in an outward bulge 41 while in Fig. 4 the pipe 3 is integral with the sheet 4, the lengths of pipe being inter-connected by welding, soldering or screwing. In Fig. 5, there are sheets 4 forming part of a wall 1 between, two rooms, the pipe 3 in this case being of U-shape. Heat insulation 10 is arranged along the wall and ceiling where the radiation is mounted. A layer 11 of sound-absorbing material may be applied to inner surfaces of the sheet 4 and the sheet areas so covered are perforated. An edge of the sheet 4 may be bent to form a flange where it is secured to the wall or ceiling and where it is bent thus or to form the bulge there may be folds for expansion. Edges of the sheets 4 may be held in polyvinyl chloride extending along or arranged at intervals in a channel 13, Fig. 3.
