<p>The invention concerns a method for making bees deposit freshly collected forage nectar in cells directly made by them in containers (3)used for consumption such as glass pots by means of a lining device consisting of a vertical front wall (1) with a battery of recesses (2) wherein the containers (3) are removably fixed in a horizontal position by their openings, the assembly being protected by a peripheral envelope (4) and a removable vertical rear wall (7) and set down during honey flow periods on the producing beehive or in the 'honey chamber' by group of at least two, facing the vertical front walls (1) and with a beehive frame (12) hanging between them. The invention provides a direct filtering produced at the time of tasting for each container successively by means of a double-face cap (8) placed on the lined container (3) and on a second empty container (10) with a filter (9) after breaking the cells containing the honey in the lined container (3), the filtering device directly installed, the whole assembly is set in an inclined position, the container (3) containing the broken cells being in a raised position, the honey is allowed to flow through the filter and the assembly is put back in vertical position to allow dripping.</p> |
